Update on the budget

My taking over of the budget has been a spectacular success. The bills are all paid on time, we have begun to save some money, and Hubs has even agreed to the new money restrictions...with the caveat that once we get more money saved up we will revisit the amount of frivolous money we each get. I occasionally find it stressful or I have moments of "Oh my god did we pay XXX?" But overall I have devised a system that is working while we are working towards our money saving goals. I guess I should have listened to Hubs mom about me doing the bills when we got married, since she does know his strengths and weaknesses.
